To return them you have two options:
1. You can send them back via your own return postage method: If seeking a refund, in this case, you will be refunded the full amount.
2. We can generate you a return postage label: The cost has set amounts depending on the number of pairs that you are returning. We charge standard AusPost rates. We encourage this option as we offer door to door tracking.

All Archies Flip Flops purchased from our online store or from our authorized retailers are covered by a 6-month Warranty against manufacturing faults.
- In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is faulty or if you believe that your footwear has developed a fault while wearing them, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to sort this out for you ASAP!
- Archies Footwear reserves the right to reject any returns or warranty claims that we believe have not occurred due to fair/normal use or in instances outside of the above terms and conditions.
- If a warranty claim is rejected, the return postage of the original pair is at the customer's expense.
