Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed at the start of the week. Our warehouse is in Leighton Buzzard.

Please note: During peak periods (major promotions, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays) dispatch times are subject to change and may be longer.  

Shipping Options  

• Standard Shipping: £3.99 or free on orders over £60. Typically delivered within 2 – 4 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping: £9.00 or free on orders over £135. Typically delivered within 1 – 2 business days after dispatch.

Country and regional areas may experience slower delivery times compared to metropolitan areas.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.
