Effective Date: 05/03/2026
These Terms of Service (Terms) govern the purchase, use, and redemption of Archies Footwear digital gift cards (Gift Cards) issued for use in the United Kingdom.
By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use a Gift Card.
Gift Card
A digital gift card is a prepaid, stored-value card redeemable only through the Archies Footwear UK website.
Non-transferable
Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Gift Card Expiry
Gift Cards are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase, which we consider to be a fair and reasonable period.
The expiry date will be clearly displayed:
at the point of sale
on the digital Gift Card itself
within these Terms
No fees of any kind will be charged against the Gift Card balance.
After expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
No Fees
Archies Footwear does not charge activation, maintenance, or inactivity fees on Gift Cards.
Online Use
Gift Cards can only be redeemed on the Archies Footwear UK website by entering the 14-digit code during checkout.
Multiple Transactions
A Gift Card may be used across multiple orders until the available balance is exhausted.
Purchases Exceeding Balance
If your purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Restrictions on Purchase
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Archies Footwear reserves the right to decline, cancel, or hold Gift Card transactions where fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
Balance Checks
To check your Gift Card balance, please visit the Archies Footwear website or contact customer service.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Faulty Gift Cards
If a Gift Card is faulty or does not function as expected, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds to Gift Cards
For returns due to change of mind, the refund will be issued to the original Gift Card. This does not extend the original expiry date.
For refunds required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for example, for faulty goods), we will issue a replacement Gift Card for the refund amount.
If a Gift Card cannot be reloaded for technical reasons, a replacement Gift Card may be issued.
If you purchase a Gift Card online, you have a legal right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the Gift Card, provided it has not been used (even partially).
To cancel, please contact us using the details provided in Clause 11.
If eligible, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
This right to cancel is granted under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and does not apply to Gift Cards purchased in-store.
Limitation of Liability
Archies Footwear is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or unauthorised use of a Gift Card after delivery (including via email or digital wallet), except where required under UK consumer law.
Lost or Stolen Cards
If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, please contact us at:

You will need to provide proof of purchase. We may replace the remaining balance at our discretion, subject to satisfactory verification and confirmation that the Gift Card had an unused balance.
