Postage is FREE when you order 2 or more pairs.

All orders are shipped from our Northampton warehouse. All orders placed before 10:30am UTC will be shipped same day**

Have 60 days to wear them around and, if you don’t love them, simply return them and we’ll give you a product refund less the return postage cost.

We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

Beyond comfortable

These are so comfortable that the day they arrived I packed up SEVEN pairs of havianas to donate to Good Will and ordered 2 more pair of Archie’s. I just ordered a pair today for my mom for mothers day

They made my arches hurt when I first put them on. After wearing them for about 1 hour, they are so comfortable.

No More Toe Clench!

They do take a minute to break in and are fairly tight the first week or so you wear them and then one day they are just comfortable. I've never clenched my toes in these, they are just a fabulous pair of flip flops! I want to try the slides next!
