If your shoe is a half size we recommend you size down to the nearest full size. Eg. If you are normally a size 6.5 we recommend ordering a size 6.
Introducing our all new Arch Support Insoles, specifically designed for casual shoes that have NO arch support and DO NOT HAVE a removable insole.
Much like our Thongs and Slides, we found that normal insoles weren't up to scratch with most brands only offering S-XL sizes. We developed an insole for every full size shoe, meaning you'll be sure to find the right insole for your foot.
We’re so sure that you’ll love your Insoles that we offer a 60-Day Comfort Guarantee.
Have 60 days to wear them around and, if you don’t love them, simply return them and we’ll give you a product refund less the return postage cost.
We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.
We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.
For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.
The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

I have tender feet so I have put the insoles under the shoes flat insoles for added comfort/softness. They feel great and I’m so happy.
